The exhibition "Reality and fiction of medieval women", funded by the FECYT (FCT-21-17302), aims to present the reality of medieval women in contrast with the fictions created both by the literature of the time and by our contemporary idea of the Middle Age. The contents, channeled through an analog (June 27th - July 17th 2023) and virtual exhibition, are organized around four major thematic axes: literature (with its contents created by the project Women and Medieval song's members), the daily life of the women in Barcelona around 1000 AD, women and aging, and women and spirituality.
